Trayve Shopify App Terms and Conditions

Effective June 21, 2026

This policy applies only to the Trayve app installed through Shopify. Trayve's standalone service has separate billing and policies.

Service

Trayve helps Shopify merchants generate virtual try-on, shop-ready, and social-ready product images. Merchants must own or have permission to use all uploaded content and remain responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing it.

Plans and credits

A new Shopify installation receives 2,000 one-time free credits, equal to two standard image generations. Reinstalling the app does not create another welcome grant. Paid plans provide the credit allowance shown in the app for each monthly billing cycle. Unused credits remain available until used. Separately purchased one-time credit packs remain until used.

Available models and poses

Free shops can access selected models and poses. Paid plans unlock all models and poses currently available in the Shopify app. Library contents can change as Trayve improves the service.

Shopify billing

All paid plans and one-time credit packs for this app are charged through Shopify Billing and appear on the merchant's Shopify invoice. No external payment processor is used for Shopify app charges. Merchants must approve charges on Shopify's confirmation screen.

Plan changes and cancellation

Merchants can change or cancel a plan from the app. Trayve sends the cancellation to Shopify before updating local access. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Unless Shopify or applicable law issues a credit, cancellation is not prorated. Remaining already-allocated credits stay available under the conditions shown in the app.

Acceptable use

Merchants may not use Trayve for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content. Trayve may restrict access when necessary to protect merchants, Shopify, service providers, or the public.

Service availability

AI output can vary and is provided without a guarantee that every result will meet a merchant's intended use. Failed generation jobs are eligible for automatic restoration of credits consumed by the failed job.
