Trayve Shopify App Privacy Policy
This policy applies only to the Trayve app installed through Shopify. Trayve's standalone service has separate billing and policies.
Information we process
Trayve processes the Shopify shop domain, installation and session details, app subscription and credit records, support communications, and product images or other content that merchants choose to submit.
Shopify data access
Trayve requests product and file permissions so merchants can select product media and upload generated images back to their own Shopify store. Trayve does not request customer, order, payment mandate, or checkout-extension data.
How information is used
- Authenticate the merchant and operate the embedded app.
- Generate, store, display, and deliver requested product images.
- Track credits, subscriptions, purchases, and generation history.
- Prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and provide merchant support.
Service providers
Trayve uses Shopify for authentication and billing, Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and file storage, and selected AI infrastructure providers such as Google, Replicate, and fal.ai to process merchant requests. Uploaded images can be sent to these providers only as needed to produce the requested result.
Billing information
Charges for this Shopify app are created and processed through Shopify Billing. Trayve does not receive or store merchant card numbers.
Retention and deletion
App data is retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve billing or security issues. After uninstall, Shopify sends mandatory privacy webhooks. Trayve permanently deletes shop-linked app records and stored generated media when the Shopify shop-redaction request is received.
